Welcome to HI-Montreal - a hostel bustling with people from all over the world and located in one the most vibrant, charming and laid-back city (well, according to us!). Here are a few reasons why we think we're one of the best place to sleep in town:

Downtown Montreal.

We're located close to Ste-Catherine and Crescent streets, right next to Concordia University, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Bell Center and the shopping district of Montreal. Pubs, cosy cafes, trendy boutiques, crazy nightclubs, good restaurants - there's literally all you need around the corner!

Free WIFI.

For many of us, WIFI has become a basic need in our daily lives. It is thus accessible freely everywhere in the hostel.

Café-bistro Globetrotter.

Our homy café, located in the hostel basement, is a café at day and a bar at night. It serves breakfasts, dinners and a variety of drinks. Take a look at its menu and happy hour specials HERE.

Free daily activities.

Gabriel, our activity coordinator, works very hard to create unique activites that will get you off-the-beaten path and give you a chance to experience Montreal like a local. Our current activity program includes: our legendary pub crawls (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays), bike tours, sunset walks, urban walks, outings at Comedy Hostel evenings and much more!

(Almost) free breakfast.

You will find in our fully-equipped, self -service kitchen all the basic ingredients to feed yourself in the morning: oatmeal, pancake mix and instant coffee. If this ain't enough to get you ready for the long day that lay ahead, you can also get a little something at the Café.
